At OZO Chicken Fingers, we keep it simple: do one thing and do it right. OZO was founded by three brothers with a vision to create a chicken finger restaurant that stands out from the typical fast-food experience. We wanted chicken that wasn’t just breaded and fried, but chicken that had real flavor from the inside out. That’s why our process starts before the fryer. Our chicken fingers are fresh, carefully marinated in our signature OZO blend, hand-breaded, and pressure-fried to create the combination we’re known for a crispy, golden outside with tender, juicy, flavorful chicken on the inside. We put time and attention into our process because we believe you should be able to taste the difference from the very first bite. But OZO is about more than just great chicken. We built our menu around the foods we genuinely love to eat. From our crispy chicken sandwiches and loaded OZO Fries to rice bowls, creamy mac & cheese, Texas toast, crinkle-cut fries, and fresh coleslaw, everything is designed to pair perfectly with our chicken. And, of course, there’s the sauce. Our signature OZO Classic and OZO Hot sauces were created to bring everything together. Whether you’re dipping a chicken finger, loading up your fries, or adding sauce to your sandwich, it’s a big part of what makes the OZO experience our own. We’re proud to have started OZO right here in Waukesha, Wisconsin. As a locally founded business, our goal is bigger than simply opening another restaurant. We want OZO to become a place people are excited to visit a place where families, friends, students, workers, and chicken lovers can come together for fresh food, generous portions, great service, and an experience they’ll want to come back for. From the beginning, we’ve believed that quality matters. We’re constantly listening to our customers, improving what we do, and finding ways to make OZO better. Every order we serve represents our name, our family, and the brand we’re building. What started as an idea between three brothers is becoming something much bigger, and Waukesha is where the OZO story begins. Freshly marinated. Hand-breaded. Pressure-fried. Made the OZO way. OZO Chicken Fingers One thing. Done right.
